The English Carpet Bowls Festival continues to be popular with carpet bowlers. This year we had 59 Rinks, 120 Pairs and 160 Singles competing, the highest entry we have had in the six years it has been running.

Notable achievements for David Storey (Durham) who appeared in all three finals and Bob Davis (Northumberland) who appeared in two finals and a semi final.

Booking forms for accommodation and entry forms for the bowls competition are now available for 2010 from Potters, each member county will have them by mid June and are also available for download here, along with details of the event.
