This year's event was hosted by Durham at Coxhoe Village Hall.

Sadly, there was only 6 teams entered, but even though numbers was low it was still a great day with some close games.

The event was played as a single group, with the top two teams going to play in the Final, which was between 2nd placed Kevin Hutchinson, Aiden Turnes and Wayne McMann, playing top team Nathan McMann, Steve Wilson and Adam Adamski Wilson.

The game started with Wayne's team taking a 7-0 lead over Adam's team. Adam managed to get 1 before Wayne's team got a maximum , putting them in an unassailable 13-1 lead going in to the last end, where Adam scored a 2.

The final score was 13-3.

Great achievement from Wayne and Aiden both winning the last 3 times it was held in the North, including winning at all 3 Northern County Venues, Well done.
